Processing Time

Many of our products are handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Items that are in stock typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, unforeseen shipping delays may occur and are outside our control.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is available throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country’s customs authorities.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. eLSH is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
