Refund & Exchange Policy

At eLSH, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our leather goods are made to order and may include personalized monogramming, all sales are considered final.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of eLSH products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiries@elshwi.com  or  direct message us  on Instagram @elshwi with your order number and photos of the issue. We will carefully review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as materials and craftsmanship may already be committed to your piece.

Care & Craftsmanship
As each eLSH piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, grain, and finish are natural characteristics of genuine leather and contribute to the uniqueness of every item.
